Making a Will is not the most cheerful of subjects, but it is one of the most selfless acts you can make. It is also the only way to ensure that your wishes are carried out after you die.
Gifts in Wills already help us fund occupational therapists, in-patient and Hospice at Home nurses and incredibly important equipment to improve the quality of life for each patient.
The Hospice is grateful for the generous donations given to our shop to support its work. However in order to raise funds and ensure that we attract customers to our shops we politely request that items are of good quality, not broken or soiled.
If items are broken, damaged or soiled it means we have the expense of disposing of the items.
Fill in the form, and one of our team will contact you shortly.
When you complete this entry form you will be sent the terms and conditions to sign and return to us before the activity can begin.
