Donate to our shop

Coronavirus update

During this time, our donation station may be open at different hours to normal. Please check our current opening hours so that we don’t miss you!

We are currently closed for donations but will be reopening on the 3 December. Please read our Coronavirus procedures and rules below before visiting with donations.

We are open 9 - 4:30 Monday to Friday and Saturday 5th, 12th and 19th of December 9 - 3:00.

The wellbeing of our customers, donors, staff and volunteers is, as always, our main priority. To make sure you have a safe and enjoyable visit, we have put safety measures in place.

In line with current government restrictions, all customers and donors visiting our shop must please wear face coverings while in store.

We hope to see you soon.

Please read before booking a donation appointment - Coronavirus procedures and rules Open/Close

Due to COVID19 we can only accept donations by appointment at this point. To book an appointment please click this link or call 01604 973349

Please bear in mind that if you don't have an appointment I'm afraid we will have to turn you away (sorry).

Prior to arriving please read the following information carefully:

We will also be limiting what and how much people can donate - a maximum of 6 bags (clothing, books etc.) and 4 cardboard boxes (household items, toys etc.) per person. From the 3 December we will be accepting furniture.

Please ensure all bags and boxes are sealed up well. Please don't bring anything too heavy or bulky as we want this to be a quick drop-off process and want to be as fair as we can to everyone.

If you are signed up for Gift Aid you can label boxes and bags yourself - please attach a label or paper to each bag or box with your post code, surname and Gift Aid number on if you have one of our supporter cards. If you are not currently signed up to Gift Aid but you would like to, you can find the link here

Simply fill out the form and tape it to one of your bags, on the other bags write your name and postcode.

Please be patient with us as we anticipate being extremely busy and will obviously be observing social distancing safety measures to protect you and our volunteers.

Thank you
