Learn a relaxing Tai Chi programme developed by Tai Chi for Health Institute 

Tai Chi is often described as ‘meditation in motion’ and can also help to reduce symptoms of stress and anxiety.

The programme is suitable for a wide range of people. This gentle form of exercise can help improve and maintain; strength, flexibility, balance, and general feeling of wellbeing. 

Seated Tai Chi is a 4 week programme.

Please wear loose fitting comfortable clothes and flat shoes, suitable for exercise.
