Debra was admitted to the hospice after a community nurse suggested she would benefit from the respite during her recovery from hip surgery after Debra’s secondary cancer had started to spread to her bones and she was feeling extremely low.
After a three week stay at the hospice Debra told us she feels like “she’s got her life back” and the rehabilitation has really helped her feel so much more positive.
