Each flower will include a personally engraved leaf with a loved ones name, and a short message if desired.
You or your family members can pick a special spot from the woodland map and be invited to come along and plant the forget me not personally.

We owe a huge debt of gratitude to people who have remembered the Hospice in their Will. Currently the care of one in five of our patients is funded by gifts in Wills.
All our Hospice services are offered free of charge, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and although part-funded by the NHS we rely on voluntary donations from our local community.
