Francis took on this challenge in memory of his aunt who was being treated in the hospice.

James Linnell cycled from Lands End to John O’Groats to raise money for the hospice!
James took this challenge on in his Father, Don’s, memory, to say thank you to Cynthia Spencer Hospice for the support that was given to their family when they needed it the most.
Sarah swam 5.3km from Paxos to Antipaxos for Cynthia Spencer Hospice Charity.
Sarah took on this challenge in memory of her Dad, Geoff, who spent his ‘last days receiving the most wonderful care at the Cynthia Spencer Hospice’. Sarah managed to raise a incredible total of £1,320!
Helen completed this challenge with the support of the dental practice she works for, who chose to fundraise for Cynthia Spencer Hospice as a charity close to many hearts at the practice.
