Run – Amsterdam Marathon

Well done to Francis who ran the TCS Amsterdam Marathon to raise money for the hospice!

Francis took on this challenge in memory of his aunt who was being treated in the hospice.

Francis has now raised a total £3,765 with £1 for £1 matched funding from his employer, so a big thanks you too to Ingleby Trice!

Employer matched funding is a great way to increase your fundraising. Lots of employers have this type of scheme – if you don’t ask you will never know!

Walk – Scafell Pike

Well done to to the Mistry family for completing the Scafell Pike!

The Mistry family took on this challenge in honour of their matriarch, Kamlaben Amritbhai Mistry. She was cared for at the hospice and the family wanted to show their thanks.

Cycle – Lands End to John O’Groats

James Linnell cycled from Lands End to John O’Groats to raise money for the hospice!

James took this challenge on in his Father, Don’s, memory, to say thank you to Cynthia Spencer Hospice for the support that was given to their family when they needed it the most.

James managed to raise a staggering £3,788!

Swim – Open Water Paxos to Antipaxos

Sarah swam 5.3km from Paxos to Antipaxos for Cynthia Spencer Hospice Charity.

Sarah took on this challenge in memory of her Dad, Geoff, who spent his ‘last days receiving the most wonderful care at the Cynthia Spencer Hospice’.
Sarah managed to raise a incredible total of £1,320!

Adrenaline challenge – Wing walk

Helen took on the challenge of a wing walk!

Helen completed this challenge with the support of the dental practice she works for, who chose to fundraise for Cynthia Spencer Hospice as a charity close to many hearts at the practice.
