How we help

The funds raised by Cynthia Spencer Hospice Charity supporters pay for hospice care services to be provided to those who need it; it enables hospice care to remain free to patients and their loved ones.

Some of the services are funded jointly with Cransley Hospice Trust and also the Northamptonshire Integrated Care Board.

The care I received has been wonderful from all the members of staff. They are kind and thoughtful in all things. I feel very humble and very happy to have been treated with such care and respect.

The services are provided in the hospice (inpatient unit, Wellbeing@CynthiaSpencer) and also in the place where the patient lives (Hospice at Home). We have funded a significant expansion of the Hospice at Home service Wellbeing@CynthiaSpencer and Psychology as many patients would like the care to be given in their home.
