Exela Technologies have become the first business to install one of our refillable donation stations in their premises to encourage staff to donate items such as clothing, shoes, books and DVDs which can then be sold in our shops or on eBay to generate income for the Hospice.
Tim Clack, Senior Manager, Operations at Exela who is pictured accepting delivery of the box from Cynthia Spencer Warehouse Manager, Paul Williams said:"Exela Technologies, Northampton, are extremely proud to be supporting Cynthia Spencer by being the first local business to on-board one of their new donation stations. The hospice means a great deal to a number of people in the Northampton area and we are very happy to help them reach out into the local community, and look forward to supporting with further innovative fundraising initiatives."
Paul said: "We're thrilled that Exela have become the first business to support this new initiative and judging by the enthusiasm of the business' leadership and staff we're sure it won't be long before we're collecting it to be emptied and processed. Our donation boxes are an ideal way for businesses to support us and engage their staff so they can feel that they are doing their bit to support an important local charity. They take up very little room and are a neat and convenient way for businesses to donate unwanted items that we can turn into income for the Hospice by selling them in our shops or online."
