The Flagkick Winter Naps League Presentation and Race Night has 'weighed in' with a £1,000 donation to the Hospice. The bi-annual league's presentation
has supported the Hospice for over a decade, 'reining in' thousands of pounds to support our Care Teams. Those attending the evening shouted themselves 'horse' cheering on the runners in the races kindly supplied by Dave Brawn.
Pictured above are FLAGKICK Winter Naps League winner Kim Hopewell (Plough Inn Everdon) who proudly holds the shield at the night which raised £1,000 for the Hospice. Also pictured is Jimmy Hughes (Klopp's Barmy Army), the winner of the Sammy Parker Trophy for selecting the most individual winners. They are flanked by runner-up Ann Burdett (PWB Racing) and Bob Marks (On Your Marks) with Naps organiser Mark Beesley at the back. Missing from the picture is fourth-placed Sheila White, who along with husband Mick sponsors the event and who donated her £125 winning to the Hospice too.

Hospice Fundraising Manager, John Helm said "We would like to send our heartfelt thanks out to Mark Beesley and his Naps team, to Mick and Sheila White for their continued sponsorship and to Dave Brawn for his work in make the Presentation and Race night such a 'winning combination'. Without fantastic donations such as these our Care teams couldn't support the people of Northamptonshire in the way they do. We very much appreciate this wonderful continued support of the Hospice."
