What is Tai Chi?

This gentle form of exercise can help improve and maintain: strength, flexibility, balance and general feeling of wellbeing. Tai Chi is often described as ‘meditation in motion’ and can also help to reduce symptoms of stress and anxiety.

What do I need to know?

Seated Tai Chi for Health classes will be held in The Wellbeing Centre at Cynthia Spencer Hospice

The programme runs on Tuesdays from 10:30am to 11:30am.

Attendees should wear loose fitting comfortable clothes and flat shoes, suitable for exercise.
