Welcome to our meeting room in Moulton Park, Northampton which is well-equipped and ideal for conferences, meetings, training sessions, presentations, small working groups and team away days.

Only ten minutes from central Northampton and with free Wi-Fi and complimentary beverages, our meeting room is the perfect place to hold a business breakfast, evening networking event, seminars, a team building day or community group.

Northampton Business Network held its monthly meeting at Cynthia Spencer Meeting Rooms in Northampton recently. I received many comments on how well the room was suited to a large or small meeting. The on-site facilities were excellent - we arrived in the morning to a clean (very important as I own a cleaning company!) well-presented room with ample refreshments and space. We will definitely be booking another meeting at Cynthia Spencer later this year.

Catering Open/Close

Tea, coffee, water and biscuits are complimentary. Additional catering can be arranged to your taste and budget. You can either arrange catering yourself or we can book it for you but we will charge a 20% surcharge. We are happy to advise on catering establishments in the area.

Disabled access to the conference facility is available on prior notification.

Payment terms Open/Close

Invoices are payable within 14 days. Overdue invoices will be charged 5% each month until payments are made in full. 

Deposit Open/Close

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on booking.

Cancellation policy Open/Close

Cancellation within one calendar month will incur a 100% fee.
