Welcome to our meeting rooms in Moulton Park, Northampton which is well-equipped and ideal for meetings, training sessions, presentations, small working groups and team away days.
Only ten minutes from central Northampton and with free Wi-Fi and complimentary beverages, our meeting room is the perfect place to hold a training session, Health & Safety updates, inductions, HR meetings and team meetings.
In order to keep everyone safe we have introduced the following steps into the booking process for the hire of our meeting rooms for training and meetings only at this stage:
Making a booking:
When a booking is made we will ask for contact details for all attendees prior to the meeting date as part of our contract tracing system. We will require attendees to advise us if they then display symptoms or test positive for Covid-19 within 14 days of attending our facility and we will then contact everyone likely to have been in contact with them to advise.

In order to attend the meeting rooms, they will need to say no to both of these questions.
On the day of your booking:
We will have an attendee sign in process which will include confirmation of contact details and health and safety requirements and this will be held in a controlled environment.
All meeting attendees will be required to wear masks and follow hand washing/sanitisation procedures while moving around our facility. If attendees arrive without masks and gloves they will be required to purchase one from the stocks we will have available as they will be a required to wear one in order to enter the building and meeting.
The maximum capacity we will be allowing in our meeting rooms are as follows:
Main meeting space – 14 people
Boardroom – 4 people
The floors will be clearly marked out to ensure space for social distancing between each attendee and pull up banners will be in use to remind delegates of the importance of adhering to our safety requirements.
We are able to provide tea, coffee and water as usual but this area will require a clean down between each use. We will provide guidance on this and the necessary wipes etc. We will be able to offer lunches from our usual caterer but these will all be individually boxed rather than sharing platters and must be eaten at the delegates allocated seating area.
A member of our team be on site on the day of your meeting to manage the process and a thorough clean will be performed in between each meeting.

Northampton Business Network held its monthly meeting at Cynthia Spencer Meeting Rooms in Northampton recently. I received many comments on how well the room was suited to a large or small meeting. Tea, coffee and water are complimentary. Additional catering can be arranged to your taste and budget. All lunches we provide will be individually boxed rather than served on sharing platters. You can either arrange catering yourself or we can book it for you but we will charge a 20% surcharge. We are happy to advise on catering establishments in the area.
If you would like to organise your own catering we will apply the following surcharge:
£20 + VAT for 1-10 people
1 - 10 People
£30 per hour + VAT
(9 – 12:30 or 13.00 – 17:00)
£90 + VAT
(9 – 17:00)
£195 + VAT

Free onsite parking is available.
Invoices are payable within 14 days. Overdue invoices will be charged 5% each month until payments are made in full.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on booking.
Cancellation within one calendar month will incur a 100% fee.
