We focus on helping people with life-limiting illnesses to live their life as fully as possible, maintaining their physical function and independence for as long as possible. We help Northamptonshire patients over the age of 18 with life-limiting illnesses such as cancer, Motor Neurone Disease and heart disease to take control.
