The Coronavirus crisis is affecting all of us in many different ways and we are all facing a period of uncertainty. One thing that is for certain though is that the hospice needs to continue to provide specialist palliative care to the people of Northamptonshire and support for their families, both within the hospice and throughout the county.
We are asking for your help in ensuring we can do that.
With months of uncertainty and guidelines around social distancing and restrictions on gatherings we will see a significant reduction in income due to events and collections being cancelled over the coming weeks and months. In response to this we ask you if you could please consider supporting us in virtual ways which don't require social contact but can still help make you feel connected to your community, your friends and your family.
Lockdown has been a testing time for our mental health so during #mentalhealthawarenessweek why not take some time to pay attention to your own mental health with our FREE downloadable colouring book.
Staying in is the new going out! Join Spencer in taking part in our 12 week 'Mission Stay Home', a virtual challenge to stay active whilst helping the hospice. To help us raise money for the hospice during this challenging period, we're asking for a £10 donation to enter 'Spencer's Mission Stay Home' virtual challenge which you can do by visiting our online shop.

By making a regular gift of just £5 per month, you can help us fund important projects and help our clinical teams plan better. Regular gifts are one of the most important donations that we receive because they allow us to plan our care budgets in advance. This allows us to make the long-term improvements to our care for our patients and their families, safe in the knowledge that we have donations that we can rely upon to fund those improvements. Despite the stability that these donations give the Hospice and the costly cheque processing costs that we save, regular gifts form just 1% of the donations the Hospice currently receives.
