Tree of Love

12 December 2019 to 17 December 2019

We invite you to dedicate a light on our tree to remember a loved one who won’t be with you this Christmas. By dedicating a light to them this Christmas you’ll be remembering them and all the moments that brightened up your life.

Please make a donation along with your dedication. This will help us to light up the lives of our patients and their families, not only at Christmas but the whole year through. You can do this by either clicking the button below or by downloading, completing and returning the dedication and donation form by clicking here. If you'd prefer to do this over the phone you can call Paula, our Charity Administrator on 01604 973340.

Our two services are informal and warm celebrations during which our Christmas tree lights will be illuminated in dedication to those who brightened up our lives but are no longer with us. Performances from local choirs, including our own Hospice choir and solos from soprano, Alison Roddy will provide entertainment between moments of quiet reflection and readings from Hospice supporters and volunteers.

Gary, who volunteers regularly on reception at the Hospice kindly gave us permission to use this recording of the reading he gave at last year's services:

The readings from this year's Tree of Love services can be found and downloaded to the right of this page.

The people James will be remembering this year are his Mum, Sandra and Dad, Barry. Read James' story here
